14-Day Return Policy
You have the option to return items purchased from us within 14 days, provided the items are unused.
The 14-day period begins as soon as you receive the goods. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.

Please include a letter with your return stating that you wish to make use of the 14-day return policy,
or include our RMA form: https://www.rctech.de/download/RMA.pdf.
We will refund the purchase price via PayPal or bank transfer.

Received Defective Goods
If you have received a clearly defective item from us, we will of course replace it.
Please return the item to us. You can request a free return label via email here: Retourenportal.
